A New Tabernacle Table
With the installation of the newly created Tabernacle Table, our sanctuary is complete with matching Ambo and Altar.
Each of these liturgical sanctuary furnishings have been entirely designed and crafted by parishioners Chris Lockwood and Bruce Humpert. We thank God for the great service and talent they, so generously, give to our Parish community in many important and special ways. Beautiful work and materials, gentlemen, thank you!
Recently, Bruce and Chris have accomplished a complete retrofitting of the church pews to remedy a safety/comfort design flaw by fabricating and installing on each two additional supporting legs.
In addition to being adept at wood working, they, along with their wives, have been dedicated and outstanding musicians at our liturgical celebrations for a good many years.
At this time, we also want to acknowledge and again congratulate Chris Lockwood for being chosen to receive Bishop Barnes’ Guadalupe Award this year. Congratulations, Chris!
Chris and Bruce are each wonderful examples for us, of what it means to be church. We are grateful!
